Posted in Uncategorized on May 10th, 2012 by adminIt can sometimes look like men and women from one country have better looking skin naturally than men and women not from those countries. This can attest to a lot of different things including diet and healthy lifestyles. No matter what your skin type is, proper skin care involves a comprehensive approach that includes but is not limited to diet and skin care products. When you do not get enough sleep at night the effects show up almost immediately in your skin. If you don’t drink a lot of water but you do drink a lot of coffee, your skin won’t be hydrated properly. We will show you some more methods and tips for skin care no matter what type of skin you have.
Oily skin is a matter of contention for anyone who has dealt with it for a while, we feel your pain. We’ve all tried the tried and true methods to no avail only to eventually resort to super strength skin cleansers to remove every last drop of oil from our faces. This is a super bad idea because it forces your oil glands to begin producing more of the oil you despise so much. Cleansing too much is also a bad idea, it can be especially drying to already dry skin that is sensitive and delicate. Try cleansing your skin only in the evening before bed. Then in the morning, just ‘wash’ your face with slightly warm water and never hot or cold water. For extra protection you can apply a moisturizer after washing.
Because out tap water in the US contains chlorine, fluoride and other chemicals it’s best not to use it to wash your face. Instead try using a filtered or purified water to wash your face. The chlorine in tap water can seriously irritate very dry skin, and that is what you want to avoid. Avoid products that have alcohol in the ingredients.
No matter what you type of skin it’s important to apply the correct products for both face and body. You will likely have to experiment a while to get the best ones that work for you. It is quite common to have to do this so do not worry if this happens to you. In order to get the best results once you’ve found the right product you’ll want to stick with it long term.
